Description: Mana Kai is located directly on 1 mile long Keawakapu Beach and offers spacious hotel, one and two bedroom condominiums, each with its own private lanai (balcony). All the condominiums have ocean front views. The condominiums feature color TV, VCRs, telephone and a fully equipped kitchen. (Hotel rooms are garden view, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, no lanai). Ceiling fans are provided in the one bedroom condominiums and air conditioning in the hotel rooms and second bedroom of the condominium. The condominium master bedroom is located next to the lanai for fantastic ocean front views and sounds of the ocean while you sleep. This bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding "island style" shoji doors that slide closed for privacy. Units are categorized as: Standard Furnishings/appliances may be older, although everything works and is clean); Deluxe (renovated within the last 5 yrs); Superior (renovated within the last 5 yrs, highly upgraded with granite countertops, high quality cabinetry, ceramic tile floor, etc.) "Mid-stay" clean for stays of at least 7 nights for most of these units. At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.
| Amenities: There is a swimming pool, restaurant, beauty shop, clothing store, gift shop and a small grocery store. Yoga classes available on-site by Maui Yoga Path at 808-874-5545. There is an activity desk so you can make reservaitons for whale watching, dinner cruises, luau, biking down Haleakala, golf and much more. Washers and Dryers are located on each floor. There are meeting and conference facilities available on-site.
Onsite: Beautiful 1 mile long sandy beach (best underused beach in Kihei), swimming pool, 5-star restaurant, and beauty shop. Conference and meeting facilities.
Nearby: Shops at Wailea and five major hotels are within one mile. Fine dining at the Five Palms Restaurant is on site.
Location: Southern Kihei, the building is in Kihei, and the beach is actually in Wailea. Kahului airport is only twenty-five minutes away.
