Description: 2 story affordable, oceanfront complex. Each 1 or 2 bedroom condo has air conditioning, kitchen, cable tv, and a private lanai where you can view the beautiful Maui ocean. Washer/dryer facility on site. All condos are categorized as either: Standard (furnishings /appliances may be older, although everything works and is clean) or Deluxe (renovated within the last 5 yrs). At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.

OnSite: Large heated swimming pool, gas barbecues, shuffleboard all located right next to the ocean. The sandy beach is protected from large waves by an offshore reef. Whale watching, some swimming, snorkeling, can be done from the beach. Other nearby beaches offer additional swimming and snorkeling.

Within minutes by car are surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, snorkeling, golf courses, tennis courts, movie theaters, world class beaches and more shops and restaurants.
