AAOceanfront has managed our condo in the Royal Mauian in Kihei Maui since 2008. My husband and I enjoy staying at Kihei Akahi C611 because it feels like a second home, except without a winter! The amenities there fit our lifestyle perfectly, while the staff is always very accommodating. We look forward to returning every year in January & February.

The unit is clean and well-stocked, and there is a nice ocean view from the balcony. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for food prep, though a baking sheet would have been helpful; we made it work with a casserole dish. Plenty of beach equipment and towels to go around. Washer/Dryer unit is small, so be prepared for small batches of wash. The unit is on the top floor, so you will need to take an elevator up. The small pool on the property is salt water, and the tennis courts are well-maintained. Great location across from an amazing beach, parking was always easy, walking distance to South Maui Gardens.
