AA Oceanfront is by far the best management company we’ve had in the 20 years we’ve owned our Kihei Condo. Our guests have been very pleased and the communication with us and attention to detail has been outstanding! Highly recommend for vacation rentals and management.

We chose unit 119 specifically for the amenities, beautiful decor and first floor access. The double AC units and TVs are a plus (living and bed). There's a quiet curfew starting at 10PM. We enjoyed opening the lanai sliding door and the front door top glass to allow the breeze through, especially in the mornings. The closet had plenty of drawers, hangers and small baskets to store our belongings. King bed was very comfortable. It's supplied with starter paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags. We washed and dried a load of laundry (provided at the building) which was easy to use, coin or card, $3 each. We felt so at home that we'll be back to stay here in the future. Mahalo!

We loved Hale Kai O’Kihei (HKOK) # 318 and hated leaving. The quiet beach, located directly in front of the unit, was perfect for morning walks and we saw turtles at dusk a few times. The sweeping ocean views from the top-floor (3rd) are spectacular. We ate breakfast every morning on the lanai and, after a full day of fun on Maui, enjoyed a glass of wine for each days’ stunning sunset. There’s an abundance of highly rated restaurants, a delicious bakery, a supermarket, and a drug store all within a 10-minute walk! The completely updated bedroom looks and feels like a high-end hotel room. The bathroom has a dual bathroom sink so we can both get ready at the same time. The complex is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves. The condo was clean, well maintained and the pictures in the ad are accurate. Also, check in was easy. We will return!
