AA Oceanfront is by far the best management company we’ve had in the 20 years we’ve owned our Kihei Condo. Our guests have been very pleased and the communication with us and attention to detail has been outstanding! Highly recommend for vacation rentals and management.

We have enjoyed having AAOceanfront manage our Maui condo for several years now. Everything always looks nice, clean, and in good repair when we come each year. The last thing you want to do is spend most of your vacation working on repairs and upkeep in your condo. Communication is easy and they respond quickly to any questions or situations. The unit is clean and well-stocked, and there is a nice ocean view from the balcony. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for food prep, though a baking sheet would have been helpful; we made it work with a casserole dish. Plenty of beach equipment and towels to go around. Washer/Dryer unit is small, so be prepared for small batches of wash. The unit is on the top floor, so you will need to take an elevator up. The small pool on the property is salt water, and the tennis courts are well-maintained. Great location across from an amazing beach, parking was always easy, walking distance to South Maui Gardens.
